Biopsy: Acinar adenocarcinoma of prostate, Gleasons 4+3, 9 out of 12 cores positive, PNI +, no LVI
PSMA PET: uptake in the right half of prostate on the upper part. Capsule intact.
Small 6 mm right internal illac node with mild PSMA uptake.
